Mr. Jayanta Kumar Singha, known to many as Jay, is the Principal Lawyer and Founder of Singha Law Professional Corporation. With over 24 years of legal experience across Canada, India, and Bangladesh, Jay brings a rare combination of global legal expertise, cultural understanding, and strategic insight to every case he handles.
Jay earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Calcutta, India, in 2001, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights and Legal Aid. After immigrating to Canada, he obtained his Certificate of Qualification through the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) and completed courses at the University of Toronto, qualifying him to practice law in Ontario, Canada.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Singha has represented and advised individuals, families, and businesses on a wide range of legal matters, including Real Estate Law, Corporate and Business Law, Immigration Law, Family Law, Wills and Estates, and Civil Litigation. His meticulous attention to detail, analytical approach, and commitment to fairness have earned him a reputation for achieving favorable and practical outcomes for his clients.
